The Day Trippers book all engagements directly; we do not use an agent or manager, so there is no 'middle man', which means less cost to you, the client.

Before making enquiries about booking the Day Trippers for your event, function, party, cruise etc, please consider the following list of factors - all these will arise when discussing a potential booking:

~ HOW NEAR OR FAR?  - from Port Macquarie, where band is based.

~ PERFORM FOR HOW LONG - START/FINISH TIMES

​

~ INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

​

~ ACCESS FOR LOAD-IN/OUT OF BAND EQUIPMENT

​

~ LOAD-IN AND PACK-UP/LOAD-OUT TIME?

​

~ FINAL AGREED PRICE?

​

~ NO EXTRA HIDDEN COSTS.

​

~ EXTRA MUSIC AT END OF NIGHT.

​

~ PUBLIC LIABILITY: (Both the band as an entity, and the individual members of the band, all have current public liability)

~ FOOD/DRINK

 

~ ALCOHOL

 

Mutual agreement and understanding of the specifics of an engagement up-front, in writing, will make for a smooth stress-free event for the client, guests and band on the night.
